Welcome to New Country Liaison for Somalia

Childhood Education International is excited to welcome Abdikadir Issa Farah as a Country Liaison for the nation of Somalia. Abdikadir is a Program Manager at Formal Education Network for Private Schools (FENPS). FENPS is a not-for-profit organization in Somalia dedicated to improving access to quality education for youth and children through schools and for adults through vocational training. He has over 10 years of experience in educational leadership and management of education programs, and in education in emergencies as a former school principal, university lecturer, consultant, proposal and report writer, and grant manager.

In addition, Abdikadir holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in international cooperation and humanitarian aid from Indian Ocean University, Center for Humanitarian Aid Studies, a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Atlantic International University, and a Ph.D. in educational administration from Bircham International University.
